Where Is The WOW Team the Week of December 1 - 7?

    The WOW Team gets around!

This week we're at our regular track workouts on Tuesday at Kezar and Wednesday at Piedmont High school.

Kezar Stadium is on Stanyan, near golden Gate Park, San Francisco.

Piedmont Track is just below 301 Wildwood Avenue (Wildwood Elementary School), Piedmont, Calif, 94611. Park on the street and walk down to the track

On Sunday, many of us will be in Sacramento to run The California International Marathon and 4 person relay. You are invited to come up and cheer the team on!

On Sunday we'll also do an informal run at Lake Merritt, Oakland. Be there for 3 miles, 6 miles, or 9 miles if you are training for Kaiser on February 1. This workout may not have a leader, only interested participants.

Lake Merritt - Meet at 8:00 in front of Children’s Fairyland at 699 Bellevue Ave. Oakland

Our workouts begin in front of Fairyland. Toilets available. Free parking is available outside on the street (1 block away on Grand Avenue), otherwise there is a $3.00 park fee. Bring your own water.

    From San Francisco
Take I-80 E. across Bay Bridge. Merge onto I-580 E toward CA-24/Downtown Oakland/Hayward-Stockton. Take the exit toward Grand Ave. Turn right onto Grand Ave. to 2nd Bellevue at Children’s Fairyland. Left on Bellevue. Park in front of Fairyland.

    From Oakland/Berkeley
Get to Grand Avenue and head toward Fairyland. Pass the first Bellevue Street Sign (one way, end of circuit) at Grand and continue on to the second Bellevue (entry to Fairyland) about 1 mile. Turn right into Bellevue at Children’s Fairyland. Park in front of Fairyland.
