Kezar Meeting Point for Saturday Long Runs

Saturday, October 3, Meet at Kezar Stadium , 8:00 AM This week we'll do 60 minutes up to 14 miles for CIM, Nike Half, and US Half Trainees

Meet at the main entrance, in front of the arches at 8:00 AM. We will take off from here for Golden Gate Park and run for an hour or longer. The main entrance is at 600 Frederick Street, San Francisco, 94117. Street parking is available on Frederick and Lincoln.

Oh yes! Always trying to make things better. Here's the latest...

Sarah T., Yolande C. and I are are leading SF and South Bay runs on Saturdays. You are encouraged to join us.

Sawyer Camp workouts, every other Saturday, will always feature a 3 mile route and other distances based on need and current training goals.

SF Workouts will be for 8 - 10 minute milers (based on 10K race results). This group will run for an hour at a tempo pace, geared to improve time and pacing for relatively serious runners.

There's something for everyone! Women, please try us out. We want you on our team!

Fun Runs/Walks - Join Us!

Join The WOW Team for a celebration of fitness by walking or running at our designated sites! We are a group of women who walk and run every Sunday for fun and fitness.

We hold periodic fun runs/walks as a way to introduce our group and share the fun!

Come on out! Learn about our group. Get a finish ribbon!
